Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
PRE-LAUNCH ORDERS
PRE-SALE orders will expect a 2-3 week shipment. We truly appreciate your support to purchase during our pre-sale, your orders will be shipped with confirmation as soon as possible.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the destination country. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (DHL, UPS, or USPS). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Damages
YUUMA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
